How Do You Ask A Guy To Dance With You?
Okay, so you’re at your favorite bar or club, and you’re thinking of dancing. You wore one of the best outfits in your closet, and you want to put it to good use. Of course, you dancing probably depends on whether some guy will be joining you out there on the dance floor. Unfortunately, not many guys are going to approach a woman and ask her to dance, contrary to popular belief. Most guys are not self-professed “dancers,” and many of which you won’t ever catch on the dance floor. What men will do is start dancing is dance toward the woman that they want to dance with, and kind of ask with their body. Normally, there is no language between the two, such as a formal invitation to dance. It’s awkward, a little weird, and generally not done. We don’t know why, we just know it’s how these things are. But, when a woman wants to dance with a man, what does she do?
Ask Him (Non-Verbal)
If we’re going to obey social etiquette, you can just dance right up to the man. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you should be slutty with it, just let him know that you’re interesting. Really, it’s all in the eye contact. More often than not, he’s already checked you out, so it shouldn’t be too hard to get him to look you dead in the eye. The second that he does, you give him your best come hither look. He will be smitten for a second, and probably can’t help what his body does next. There’s almost no chance that he’ll turn you down. Try it, at least it will be a little fun. Remember, the closer that you are to the man, the higher the probability that you’ll get a positive response. Be sure that you’re literally inches away from him, it will only enhance the feeling.
Ask Him (Verbally)
Of course, you could fore go social etiquette and just ask the man to dance. He’s not going to say that it’s socially unacceptable or anything like that, and chances are, he’ll appreciate your boldness. You don’t have to say anything special here, just that you’d be interested in a dance. Some men will take a little bit of coaxing, and that’s not because he doesn’t want to dance with you or anything like that, it’s mostly because he doesn’t really know how. Ensure him that it doesn’t matter what he dances like, you just want it to be him on the dance floor with you. Of course, there is the chance that he could say no, if that happens, move onto the next one. Do not be stopped, and do not let something as small as failure get in the way of your good time.
